WHAT WE TALK ABOUT

The Future of Value Chains is a global video podcast exploring how value is created, moved and transformed across industries, technologies and regions.

Created and hosted by Paolo Taticchi and Francesco Stefanelli, Season 1 brings together international leaders, academics and practitioners through a concise 10-question interview format.

From supply chain and sustainability to innovation and global business, the project features voices from organizations including JPMorgan, MIT, Leonardo, Pirelli, Bottega Veneta and the Reshoring Initiative.

Paolo Taticchi

Professor in Strategy & Sustainability at University College London and globally recognized expert in sustainability transformation, executive education and competitive strategy.

Through academia, consulting and public speaking, Paolo has collaborated with leading organizations and institutions worldwide, shaping conversations around business transformation and global value chains.

Francesco Stefanelli
Co-host

Francesco Stefanelli

Industrial Engineer, M&A Professional and Business Director, with international experience across manufacturing, private equity and performance improvement.

Francesco has worked with 100+ Fortune500 clients across Europe, North America and APAC areas, identifying Value Creation opportunities and deep-diving into Restructuring. Additionally, he is a recognized pioneer in the American Reshoring, being nominated as "National Interest Resource for the US", in Jan-19.

Melissa Demartini

Melissa Demartini

Melissa Demartini is a Professor at EADA Business School (Spain) specializing in sustainable supply chain management, circular economy and corporate sustainability.

She holds a PhD in Operations Management from the University of Genoa and has collaborated with institutions including Imperial College London and Adelaide Business School. She co-authored internationally published books on sustainability transformation with Paolo Taticchi.
